Kindly provide the following instructions if the user is receiving an error icon when trying to launch a “Percipio” training.


HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?


1. If it does not open a new tab/window, please have them set pop-up blockers to “Allow” as it may be set to “Blocked”.

2. If troubleshooting has been exhausted and the issue persists, please have the user reach out to Ion Ghetie-Rotaru (GhetieRotaruI@gao.gov).
