Please note, not all trainings that are taken within GAO Grow are associated with CPEs/CLEs, you must check the training details.


Training must be listed under the user’s ‘Completed’ transcript to appear on their ‘My CPE or CLE Training Detail List’. Check the ‘Completion Date’ of the training to clarify if they need to wait. 


For SF-182 and External Training, the ‘End Date’ can affect the wait period when it’s past 30 days from the date it was marked complete. 


WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • If the training's end date is within 30 days from the date it was marked complete, it may take up to 24-48 hours for the CPEs/CLEs to show up on your CPE or CLE Training Detail List’s dashboard; provide this standard response – all training.
  • If your training's end date is over 30 days from the date it was marked complete, it can take over the weekend to update on your dashboard; update the user (typically for SF-182 & External Trainings).
