A link will be sent via email or the task will be listed under action items to create an expectation. The task will be automatically assigned to the DPM/Manager and should NOT be created.


The individual 'Expectations' page can be utilized by DPMs and Managers to add 'individual expectations' after the initial expectations are established. It is sometimes used when employees change engagements, assigned to projects, etc. during the performance cycle.


➤If a Manager or DPM reports an expectation missing for an employee, create a ticket.
