If a user needs to remove an External Training because they no longer need it or it's a duplicate, create a ticket.


Kindly verify the title of the External Training and completion date on the user's transcript; add it to your ticket.

Standard Response:


Unfortunately, GAO Grow does not allow us to remove External Training(s) from your transcript, however, we can submit a request to have the training(s) edited and archived. While we're locating your account, could you provide the following information?


1. Could you provide the exact title/name of the External Training?

2. Could you provide the date it was marked completed?


Once we've verified the training within your transcript, we'll open a ticket requesting to have your External Training(s) edited and archived.


Please note that the Total CPE/CLE, Total Gov't CPE and Total Hours will be removed, the title will be edited and move to your archived transcript. It may take up to 24-48 hours for these changes to be reflected on your CPE or CLE Training Detail List’s dashboard.
