Specialist Notes:


Provide SR if it has been 1-2 business days after the date the user attended the training. 


The instructor/producer or course manager (Training Contact) will need to submit the roster (within 1-2 business days), then the end-user will need to complete the course evaluation to receive completion. 


If a course has not been marked completed and it has NOT BEEN 2 business days, kindly ask the user to wait.

We sincerely apologize for your training not being marked complete. Typically, rosters are submitted within 1-2 business days after you've attended the training. Since it has passed the waiting period, kindly allow me just a moment to open a ticket to further escalate this issue.
