Add External Training: GAO staff will use this to self-certify the completion of a learning program or activity that includes: team-sponsored training, self-paced training, non-funded external training, and any other non-Learning Center training courses/programs or if your role in the learning program/activity was a: Presenter, Instructor, Author, Subject Matter Expert (SME), or Beta Tester.

*Note: These trainings are considered ‘external’ to the catalog, but still ‘internal’ to the company. They are also known as 'No Cost Training'.

2. SF-182: Authorization, Agreement, and Certification of Training form, formerly known as GAO Form 314, used for any individual external training funded by GAO.
